Thank you for shopping at Babylizz. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  1. Returns
    You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
  2. Refunds
    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund may take 10 days to process.
  3. Exchanges
    If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at mmc157190@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  4. Shipping Costs
    You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  5. Non-returnable Items
    Certain items are exempt from being returned.
